You can tap all over the screen to change the pitch of one sound quickly over and over again or tap on multiple sounds in sequence to make your own symphony of....well.....nasty sounds.

Use nasty sounds to keep your toddlers amused while waitng for your food to arrive. Or make lots of space for yourself on the subway. With practice you can probably ensure your mother-in-law stays at her house instead of yours for the rest of the month.
