Usually,
you would have to change the alarm clock to 10 minutes later, or
you would have to set the alarm up, or
you would have to start the alarm application to reset the time 10 minutes later...etc...

But do you really have time to do these things when youre that sleepy?

I feel exhausted because Ive been staying up late working for a long time.

The clock will tick for 10 minutes without any setup, then, it gets you up noisily.
If you really, really want to sleep for 10 minutes more, you can press the "another 10 minutes" button.

The application will close when you push the “home” button on your iPhone/iPod touch.

So, be careful not to press it when you are sleepy and want another 10 minutes sleep.
