artword® – two words, a whole story.

The “rupa – eCARD” post card set is comprised of 16 motifs “artword®” – MAN/WOMEN. Presenting a play about one word containing another. Both words interpret each other, often creating surprisingly new areas of meaning: For example “feminism”, it also contains the word “mini”.

Germar Wambach
As he is a communications designer, playing with language and words is all part of Germar Wambach’s job. He is the managing director of a Munich design office and for many years he has been a lecturer in typography at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich. He has won international awards in the field of corporate design, poster design and editorial design.

“rupa – eCARD” post cards can be sent from practically anywhere at anytime via iPhone and iPod touch, even when time is really short. One could summ up the principal of the “rupa – eCARD”: “I’ll be out of town the day after tomorrow. I’m fully booked tomorrow, as you well know. I don’t have time today, sorry. I would have had time yesterday though.”

The recipient will receive the post card as a high resolution PDF with front and back side in printable quality!

The “rupa – eCARD” is quite simple to operate.
The operating elements are especially designed to provide user-friendly handling. The “rupa – eCARD” navigation is performed via typical iPhone gestures.
