Bird's-eye Views of Mt. FUJI with Calendar 1.0

FUJIYAMA, the Highest mountain in Japan, rising to 12,388 feet (3,776 meters) near the Pacific coast in Yamanashi and Shizuoka ken (prefectures), central Honshu, about 60 miles (100 km) west of Tokyo. It is a volcano that has been dormant since its last eruption in 1707 (Hoei era) but is still generally classified as active by geologists. The mountain’s name, of Ainu origin, means "Everlasting Life."

Mount Fuji, with its graceful conical form, has become famous throughout the world and is considered the sacred symbol of Japan. Among Japanese there is a sense of personal identification with the mountain, and thousands of Japanese climb to the shrine on its peak every summer. It is also known as Fujiyama. Many hold Mount Fuji sacred. It’s perfectly symmetrical, snowcapped cone has inspired many artists and writers in Japan.
The ancient poets of Manyo have made many songs on this mountain and during Edo period it became a preferred subject of Ukiyo-e artists like Hiroshige and Hokusai. One of the most famous and known masterpiece that features Mt. Fuji is Fugaku-Sanjyurokkei, a series of work by Katsushika Hokusai (1760-1849), the most famous Ukiyo-e artist of the late Edo period. As its name states, it is a collection of 36 views of Mt. Fuji which describe Mt. Fuji as well as the people living around it and the travelers.

"Birds-eye Views of Mt. Fuji with Calendar" is an application that features an aerial views of Mt. Fuji.
Photographs were taken from a helicopter, from about 16,400 feet (5,000 meters) above the ground - an extremely dangereous altitude.

In this application you will find mountain peak in four seasons, Ohsawa Failure, Hoei Eruption and other views which can rarely be seen on printed calendars or post cards.
Application also has a slide show function which will allow you to enjoy it as a photo album.

*Use Multiple Months
-Add multiple months (up to 6) and choose the best layout from more than 25 templates.
-Drag/Move each month separately for the best location (up to 3 months).
-Pinch in/out each month separately to make the calendar text larger or smaller (up to 3 months)

*Select Colors and Styles
-Adjust calendar background transparency (Press and hold any month to activate the transparency slider.)
-Pick colors for background, weekdays and weekends/holidays.
-Set starting day of the week (Monday or Sunday)
-Choose between long or short weekday names.

*Have Your Holidays Shown
-Holidays of 35 countries are supported.
Even local holidays in states, provinces and territories of UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, France and New Zealand are supported!
-We will update holidays every year.

*Get the Best Image Quality Possible
-Due to iPhone OS limitation, images saved into Photos from any app look blurred and the visual quality deteriorates even more when images are set as wallpaper.
This application comes with a handy workaround: the new SCREENSHOT feature allows saving calendars in a way that produces sharp looking wallpapers!

* Taking Calendar Screenshots:
-Tap "Save"->"Take a Screenshot" button.
-While holding the Home button, press and release Sleep/Wake button.
Your screen will flash letting you know the calendar’s screenshot was taken.

* Whether you use "Save" or "Take a Screenshot", your calendars will be saved to your Camera Roll / Saved Photos where you can then set it as your wallpaper using the Photos or Settings apps.
