BrainFreqz - Sleep Induction

BrainFreqz entrainment programs utilize various audio techniques including "isochronic tones" and "binaural beats" to entrain brain waves to desired frequencies. Entrainment is the process by which a persons brain waves tend to approach and mimic the same frequency as a dominant stimulus.

This Sleep Induction program is designed to lull your brain wave activity from a normal waking state down to 1-2 hertz, a sleep state in the delta range of frequencies. There is no attempt made to restore your normal waking brain wave frequency as there is in our other programs simply because that would defeat the purpose of this sleep inducing rhythm.
