CardioMonit Ranking & Summary
CardioMonit uses the iphone 3Gs built-in GPS receiver to monitor and log the following data during your cardio workouts:
- average speed
- current speed
- burned calories
Calories are calculated based on your activity (running, walking, bicycling, cross country skiing), speed and weight.
To provide better accuracy, CardioMonit adjusts the distance and speed update frequency based on the GPS accuracy.
Each workout is logged and stored permanently to the device.
Logs can be filtered per last week, last 2 weeks, last 4 weeks or all.
During workouts, the buttons on the main screen will be locked to prevent them from being pressed accidentally.
The application is preventing the device from going to sleep while active.
Units can be presented in metric or imperial format.
In order to listen to music during your workout start the music playback before starting the application.
