Tap the name of the bird to hear its song, tap again to stop the song. Learning bird songs can be hard, but not with Chirp! Simply tap the bird photo to flip it over and reveal helpful tips plus a short description of the song.

A special feature is that the birds can be arranged in both alphabetical order and also in order of how common they are, so you can learn the most common ones first, then move on to less frequent garden visitors.

Compare the most common birds in countries across north-west Europe by selecting them on the map screen, or choose to see all the birds. including the less common ones. New birds are added regularly.
