Coordinates makes it a snap to convert between the three formats for recording latitude and longitude: decimal degrees, degrees and decimal minutes, and degrees-minutes-seconds. Just enter the coordinates in the format you have and the conversions are made immediately; remember to use a negative sign for western hemisphere longitude and southern hemisphere latitude. All three coordinate notations are displayed at once. With a single click, you can view the position youve entered in the Maps application. Coordinates can also display your current position using the built-in wifi triangulation or GPS.
