* Plan and track your Workouts
In the Workouts section you can:
- Start a new workout from the list of all the workouts scheduled for the current date and all the workouts included in the routines from your routine library. To start the workout, you should just select it from the list.
- Schedule your future workouts for specific dates.
- Browse through Accomplished Workouts.
- Resume a workout you have started before.
* Create your Exercise and Routine library that fits your goals
The app provides a start set of routines and exercises prepared by professional athletes.
You can set up new and existing routines in the Routines section.
In the Exercises section you can view all the exercises and add, edit or delete your own ones.
Each exercise provides images, description, tips and variations. You can include preinstalled exercises in your workouts and routines or add your own exercises.
* Set goals and monitor your success
Set targets, plan ahead and track your results. Compare your targets with the result curves, generate progress reports.
