The Fraction Factory needs your help!

Enter the Fraction Factory and use your math skills to place fractions into their correct positions on a number line. When the game begins, fraction gears will move across the screen on a conveyor belt. Use your finger and drag the fraction gear to where you think they should go on the number line at the top of the screen.

Notice when you touch the fraction gear and move it left and right, a number that is what your current decimal equivalent is appears on the number line at the top. Use this as a guide to choose the most correction position to place the fraction gear. Let it the fraction at the number line, and find out if you are correct! But hurry, you only have 60 seconds to put as many fraction gears as possible where they need to go!

When the time is up, find out how many you put away, and your average accuracy, and find out the rank youve earned in the Fraction Factory. Do you have what it takes to be the Fraction Factory CEO?

As part of the Virginia Mobile Learning Apps Development Challenge, Fraction Factory is designed to enhance the students ability to find and order equivalent fractions and decimals on a number line. In addition, Fraction Factory targets fraction computation.
