The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in an easy-to-browse format, right on your iPhone or iPod Touch. View the up-to-date rules whenever you need to, without the use of a network connection.

Access the rules in one of several ways:

1) browse hierarchically, from Title to Rule to Rule subsection...

2) spin the jump wheels to go directly to a rule by its number

3) use the arrow browse buttons to page forward and back from rule to rule

4) use the built-in search engine to search by-phrase, by anding terms (all terms) or by oring terms (any term). Search terms are highlighted in yellow when they are found, and clicking on the result displays the full rule.

You can also email rules or rule subsections using your devices network connectivity.

Also includes the Hague Conventions relevant to civil procedure, the supplemental (admiralty) rules, and effective dates.

When used with many of our other legal reference apps, clicking links in those apps launches this app to automatically display the appropriate linked-to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure. Note, too, that despite a review claiming that the Dec. 1, 2007 rules provided by this app are out-of-date, this is not the case; the Rules were last amended on Dec. 1, 2007, thus this app is completely up-to-date.
