- Sets: Each Category includes several sets. Some examples of sets in the Lite version include: Explorers, Holidays, Western Philosophers, Synonyms, Medical Specialities, Atom, Dow 30, US State Nicknames, Gemstones, etc. The Full version has many more sets and scrambles.
This Lite version comes with a sample set of scrambles. The Full Version comes with a large number of scrambles and in addition more scrambles can be downloaded from the server.
- Levels: Sets are associated with a level: General, Kids, and Specialized. General sets are for everybody. Kids will enjoy playing the Kids sets. And Specialized sets require some knowledge in that specific area (e.g. Jane Austen, Western Philosophers, etc.). You can mix and match these sets/scrambles.
- Difficulty: If you are in the mood for some easy scrambles, play easy scrambles. If you want to challenge yourselves, play hard scrambles. While sets are divided according to Levels, individual scrambles are arranged into Easy, Medium, and Hard difficulty levels.
- With Full Version you can create your own scrambles (approval is required).
- Animated UI: You will do the unscrambling in a very nice animated way. Letter holders move on a touch. You can drag and rearrange the letters in an intuitive way. Once you unscramble the last letter, all letters move up from slots in an animated way showing you the correct word/phrase.
You can choose to get a hint for the given scramble. Or, get the first three letters one after the other. Simultaneously, there is a timer running.
UI comes in different intuitive modes to accommodate the shorter and longer scrambles.
- Keep Score and Rate Sets: You also get a score that depends on the difficulty of the scramble, how fast you unscrambled it, and whether you used the hint letters.
scrambleZest keeps track of the scrambles/sets you play. Your total score increases as you play more. In the Full Version, you can also upload your score to the server and see how you rate against other players. You can also rate sets as you finish playing them.
- Play many different ways: You can play scrambles from sets sequentially or play individual/random scrambles from different sets. Or, play just the Easy or Medium or Hard ones. Or, play just the Kids sets or Specialized sets. Or, mix everything up.
- Tips and Help: scrambleZest comes with help and a ton of tips. Tips are shown as you play or you can go through them all at once.

Word Blitz is a fast paced game where you race the clock to rearrange the scrambled letters to correctly spell the target word. Each game will challenge you with 20 random words from Word Blitzs pool of over 500 unique words, and allow you to compete for the highest score on the global leader board hosted by TsunamiDSL.
Compete on three levels of difficulty, represented by 3, 4, and 5 letter words. Track your high scores across each game type as well and submit each of those to the global leader boards and compete against the world!
The game play of Word Blitz is fast and addictive set to a invigorating sound track. You will be presented with a jumbled 3, 4, or 5 letter word depending on the selected game difficulty which you will then rearrange to form the unscrambled word. Test your speed and accuracy by dragging each letter from the starting tray and dropping them into the proper boxes to rebuild the word.
For starting players there is a pass feature in case you get stuck on a word you cannot solve. \"Pass\" will appear after 20 seconds on the same word to give you the option to continue the game and keep working towards a high score. In the event that you pass on a word you will be given the correct spelling to help you improve each time you play!
