IMPORTANT: PLEASE DONT ENTER 1 before 10-digit US cell number when sending new message. Future update will verify this in a better way.

2) Fixed the bug of unable to send SMS to self.

Q1: Do I send text really free?
A1: Absolutely, after you download the app and use it to send text.

Q2: Can I send text to anyone?
A2: No, you can only send to US cell numbers, and you need to know their carrier names - sorry for the inconvenience here, weve thought hard on this but havent found an ideal solution.

Q3: Does my family/friend get charged when receiving my text?
A3: It depends - if they dont use iPhone/iPod touch, yes; if they use iPhone but they havent registered with us (see Q below), yes; if they use iPod touch, no because they cant receive your text in the first place. The charge is simply the normal text charges completely depending on their text messaging plans, no other fees whatsoever.

Q4: How do I know if I have new message?
A4: For now you need to start your app and get notification. If you stay in your app, whenever a new msg comes, a voice alert and dialog prompt will occur.

Q5: Can I send text to another iPod touch?
A5: Sorry no. But if youre an iPhone user its possible (see Q8 below).

Q6: Can I receive text, and for free?
A6: Yes - you can receive text from other iPhone users when they also install this app and reply to your messages. Yes, totally free.

Q7: Do I need to register?
A7: No you dont, because you dont have a phone number. Registration only applies to iPhone users (see Q10 below).

Q8: Can I send text to another iPod touch?
A8: Yes, if you download this app and registers with us. Then after an iPod touch user sends you a text you can reply to it.

Q9: Can I receive text, and for free?
A9: Yes - you can receive text from other iPhone or iPod touch users when they also install this app and reply to your messages. Yes, for free - but only after you register (see Q10 below).

Q10: Why do I need to register?
A11: In order to receive text sent by other Freer Text users for free, you need to register your cell phone with us - well send a normal SMS message to you for verification (you may be charged with the regular text fee depending solely on your text messaging plan, and no other fees whaysoever). The whole registration process takes less than half a minute.

This app offers a rich set of features with the best price for your text messaging need:

1) You can send free SMS via either your iPhone/iPod touchs Mail app, or our FreerText service - you can have total control with the former way, but need to exit our app. You have the choice;

2) After a few seconds of registration of your cell phone, you can start to receive SMS for free too, as long as the messages are sent by other users of FreerText;
