GemTwist

GemTwist is a simple yet challenging pattern based puzzle game. You move gems around on a board to achieve the end pattern in the allotted time. Sounds simple? You may think so, but some of the most challenging games have simple rules that can be real mind twisters. In GemTwist the beginner boards have gems with only the primary colors (Yellow, Red and Blue). But as you progress to the more advanced boards you will be presented with complex colors (Green, Orange and Purple). These complex colors can be created by hopping one gem over another. A hop will cause the colors to interact. The result of the hop will either cause the creation of a new complex color or will cause a complex color to return to its base colors (Red, Blue, Yellow) creating a mind twisting brain bender of a game.

GemTwist comes with 50 levels of play. The game not only provides for the use of thought provoking puzzle solving skills, but also provides an opportunity to use all that color combining knowledge we learned in art class.
