HDMobile - Client for Help Desk Authority (Formerly BridgeTrak)

HDMobile is a free iPod/iPhone client for Help Desk Authority It allows technicians the ability to stay on top of open tickets and issues while “on the go”. Techs can connect in real-time to the main help desk from any location where Wi-Fi, internet or mobile service is available.

To demonstrate the capabilities of HDMobile, it has been pre-configured to interact with a live Help Desk Authority server via the Internet where you can:

- Log on to establish a secure connection to the HDMobile Demo database
- Enter, update and view issues
- View a list of customers, contacts and other stored data

Demo HDMobile by downloading from the App Store. Simply install and login with the following credentials:

Username: admin
Password: evaluation
