iBuff description
iBuff is unique because it is a series of live action HD videos on the best way to work out and train in the gym, taught by professional body builder, Bee Smith. If you want to be fit and ripped, and always wanted a pro trainer to show you the right way to work out, here is your own personal trainer on call, whenever you want. After you download the app, (just a couple minutes) you dont need to be online with a wifi or phone signal to run. It will run anywhere, anytime.
The application is divided into 11 different segments; Intro, Chest, Fly, Gun show (biceps), Hammer Curl, Push ups, Triceps, Quads, Calf, Lunge, and Cardio. There is also an "About" page which gives you a short biography on Bee Smith, and the producers of the app.
Take your iPhone or iPod Touch to the fitness center or your living room and watch a segment before doing the exercise. Your strength and fitness will certainly improve. Go to the gym at least three times a week, work hard, and see the difference working out with Bee.
