iDecide+ 1.0

A professional decision modeling tool for the iPhone & iPod touch (note: requires OS 3.0)

Based on the advanced decision making methodology of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), iDecide+ is a decision modeling application that can be used to:

1. Select the best choice from among a number of alternatives
2. Prioritize multiple alternatives from a prioritized decision criteria
3. Evaluate Yes/No types of decisions

The decision criteria (or objectives) are entered and prioritized using a comparative analysis method called pair-wise comparison. Each alternative is then ranked against the weighted decision criteria using one of a number of custom ratings. iDecide+ prioritizes the alternatives and identifies a winner, i.e. that alternative that best meets the decision criteria/objectives.

When costs are assigned to the alternatives, iDecide+ also identifies the "best value" (best bang for the buck) alternative.

Other options such as a measure of consistency, adding a photo to each alternative, showing the Ideal (best case) alternative allows the user to rapidly evaluate complex decisions with an easy-to-use interface.

iDecide+ comes with a "what-if" explore function to graphically analyze the impact of a decision by changing the priorities on the weighted decision criteria. In addition, you can share your decision-models with other iDecide+ users or to fastworks Excel-based decisionAccelerator.
