*** How to enable Emoji Keyboard ***
 Open iEmoticons app & tap on the info button at the top. Wait couple of seconds & exit the app.
 Go to Settings > General > International > Keyboards. Select Japanese and turn ON Emoji switch.
 To use the emoji keyboard on Mail, SMS, Notes or any other app, tap on the World/Globe key next to space bar on your iPhone or iPod Touch keyboard.

Please note that you need to have iPhone 2.2 version or later in order to enable the emojis on your keyboard. And make sure you are connected to the internet when you first open the iEmoticons app.

You can safely remove/uninstall iEmoticons app once emojis are enabled.
