Many people these days are suffering from eye blurriness, dryness and eye fatigue and might even be troubled by weakening eyesight due to daily exposure to computer
monitors and TV,small screen on a cell phone or mobile devices.

Eyes are surrounded by muscles, blood vessels and nerves.
There are two types of eye muscles, the ciliary muscles that control lens thickness and the extraocular muscles that control the eye movements.

Eye Care Program,"ieye"is a program that will keep your eyes healthy by reducing stress, stimulating the nerves, and circulating blood around the eyes.
This program also shows how to move your eyes to energize the muscles around the eyes, and will help relax your eyes and strengthen your eye muscles to prevent eye strain.

To keep your eyes healthy, this program provides;

1) Exercise for extraocular muscles, by stimulating and relaxing the eye muscles repeatedly : Eye exercise
2) Exercise for ciliary muscles, for viewing objects at varying distances : Accommodation exercise
3) Eye massages, to stimulate the muscles and nerves around the eyes : Eye massage
4) Eye check-up service, to evaluate the improvement of eye conditions : Optometry
5) Logs function, to record and display graphs of one year history of exercise and to help you exercise regularly : Logs
6) Convenient setting, to choose sound settings and effects and to set time period for eye exercise : Setting

If you preset specific data in each exercise phase, you can check date and result of exercises.
Choose "Visual Acuity" in Logs menu to view graphs of progress data.

You can your eyes open or close in any exercise.

To stop the program at any time, simply press the center on the screen.
The program will go back to the main menu.
