iLoan is a simple loan / mortgage calculator for the iPhone and the iPod touch.
You can calcuate any of the components of virtually any type of loan: Principal, Interest, Number of Years, Monthly Payment, Total Cost, Total Interest.

How to use:
imply enter the 3 known values into the appropriate text fields and hit the "Equals" button, the remaining blank fields will be calculated. You can enter ANY combination of 3 values and solve for the remaining. If all the text fields have numbers in them and you hit the "Equals" button then iLoan will recalculate the "Monthly Payment".
After you solve a loan, you can view the amortization schedule for that loan. The "-5%" and "+5%" buttons on the top of the Ammortization Schedle screen, allow you to pay more then required per month in 5% increments, and you can see how that effects the loan.
Enter interest in the format 9.8 for 9.8%, NOT in 0.098
iLoan currently compounds interest monthly.
