This app takes advantage of the iPhone OS 3.2 for iPad to upload files. It uses the built in file sharing in iTunes 9.1.1. As soon as you plug in your iPad to your computer, go to the app tab at the bottom of the iTunes window. On the right side of the screen you will see the “add” button to upload your .txt files via the file sharing feature.
