JIRA Mate

JIRA MATE 2.0 finally released!

Edit issues will have to be postponed to 2.1. I have the UI work in place ready to go just working out the backend details. Hope you enjoy the update to JIRA Mate.

2.1 will bring edit and hopeful workflows to JIRA Mate.

###### IMPORTANT ######
Due to JIRA URL changes JIRA Mate 2.0 will only work with JIRA instances which are 3.7 and greater. This is a decision I have made to not have any dead code lying around in the future and when JIRA 4.0 comes out.

JIRA Mate helps you to easily keep track of your JIRA issues when your sitting on the train on your way home, or need to find that issue during a meeting.

JIRA Mate simply uses your saved filters allowing you to access your JIRA issues straight from your iPhone.

Please note that in order to use JIRA Mate you will need to make sure your JIRA install has the XML-RPC plugin enabled. See http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/JIRA+XML-RPC+Overview for more details.

#### HOW TO USE #####
Simply enter your details in the Settings view and click on the "Synchronize JIRA Mate" button.

Features:
- Save your own Favorite filters ie if you have 100s only display a few in JIRA Mate
- Browse filters and projects
- search for issues
- No more waiting for 500 issues to appear. Pagination has now been implemented.
- Settings are configurable in the application (future apps will allow multiple JIRA instances)
- Add comments for any issue
- View the current issue in Safari for greater detail.
- Free updates forever

When you have added or removed a saved filter simply clear the filter list and restart. JIRA Mate will then retrieve your updated Saved Filters and remember them for next time.
