LoveHaiku is a beautiful application about love. Use it to compose a haiku about love and then send it with Mail to someone you love.

Haiku is a Japanese form of poems. Each poem consists of 17 sounds (morae or on). A on is often translated as a syllable, but it is not fully the same. A syllable normally only counts a full vowel sound, whilst an on is a more fine-tuned concept. In Western languages a haiku is often written in three lines with 5, 7 and 5 sounds respectively.

LoveHaiku is a haiku generator for iPhone. It works in three steps. You first enter the name of the person you are writing the LoveHaiku for. In the next step you generate the haiku. You can compose as many new haikus as you want. When you are satisfied with the haiku you have composed, you check out and LoveHaiku will load it in a new message in Mail. You can edit the haiku and compose the rest of the message in Mail and send it from there to the person you love.
