HOW IT WORKS
•Browse Lucky editors’ favorite merchandise (e.g., clothing, shoes, handbags, denim, jewelry, beauty) by trend, brand, price, and available color.
•Tap ‘Find It Near You’ to find a nearby store within 50 miles.
•Confirm the item is available in your preferred size and color by simply entering your contact information.
•The LUCKY AT YOUR SERVICE concierge team will place a call to the store during normal business hours—and even put it on hold if you like—so you can try it on before you buy!
•Within one hour, you will receive an e-mail and/or text message with details on its availability and how to pick up your merchandise (even the name of the salesperson to find when you get in-store!).
•You can also tap “Find It Online’ for a list of online stores.
