MyAccountsToGo (MATG) - Accounting and financial information from the Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) financial management system are now directly accessible from your Apple iPhone. Designed for sales reps as well as sales, marketing or finance executives, this app allows you to access customers, sales order transactions, accounts receivable statements, item master and item warehouse information. The sales transactions include quotations, sales orders, sales invoices, back orders and returns. Tight integration with other iPhone features, such as e-mail and Google maps, will provide you with the ability to communicate effectively with your corporate office about any of your accounts. Although you are not able to modify this information, any updates can be requested directly from your iPhone via highly integrated e-mail functionality.

You may synchronize your iPhone with your corporate office and the underlying SQL Database using a secure FTP, HTTP or HTTPS connection whenever you are connected to the Internet. Your IT Manager, at the corporate office, has the ability to determine the frequency of your data update and map specific database fields.

This production version of MyAccountsToGo requires the cooperation of your IT Department for installation and maintenance. Your company must use Version 9.0 or Version 10.0 of Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and Microsoft SQL Server 2005. In addition, your IT department must make the data available to you via a company website using a secure FTP, HTTP or HTTPS site.
