Version 2.1. This is a simple Fixed-Rate Mortgage Calculator
Inputs:
- loan amount
- interest rate
- loan term
- monthly overpayment (optional)
Calculations:
-monthly payment
- total interest
- loan cost
- savings in interest (with overpay)
- shortened loan term (with overpay)
- amortization table
Additionally loan calculations are saved. The calculator starts up with the last saved loan. Reset clears all input values and reload populates the input fields with the values from the last calculation. Email the loan detail and the amortization table, ready to input in a spreadsheet.
