Mortgage Calculator is helpful in calculating the loan amount; take pictures of the property along with comments, offer total costs to the buyer and comments on the property. This is a great tool that realtors, investors, casual lookers and buyers alike can use to remember the property they saw.
All this information can be emailed to the client, yourself and anyone else you wish to have this information. You can also use this iPhone app for cars, trucks, boats, RV’s, campers, land, airplanes and more! It isn’t just for houses!

Pre-Payment Option: You are provided with the four options of prepayment. These are Monthly, Bi-monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
Other Fee I: Any other amount that is not mentioned here. Here, you can specify it in monthly or yearly periods. This variable can be changed accordingly to the user’s preferences.
Other Fee II: Here also, you have to specify the amount from other sources. This variable too can be changed accordingly to the user’s wishes.
Area (Sq/Feet): You may specify the area of your property in sq/feet.
Price (Sq/Feet): Specify the average price of your property per square feet.
How to take photos
At the bottom of the new calculator screen, you will find the Photos button. Clicking on the Photos button will take you to the next screen. At the bottom, you will see two buttons namely, Add and Edit. If you have to add new pictures then you can click the Add button. The next screen will ask you provide the name of picture. It will also ask you to select the photo. Provide the name of the picture and select the photo and then you are done or take the photo right now from your iPhone! When you are done you can name the photo, provide comments and even rotate the photo!
Emailing your information:
When are you all done you can email your information to anyone you wish. Select any or all the photos, the amortization schedule and the email address(s) to. Thats it you are done!
