My Body, is a simple way to record your measurements daily and view the resulting statistics based on common health calculations. E.g. (BMI, BFP, BMR, etc)

A useful application, even if you have a Gym or Food tracking system in place. This is a clean and simple way to help you focus on the bigger picture of your overall health.

My Body, also allows you to store pictures of your-self so that you can actually see any changes to your body, this can be very useful in keeping you focused on your goals.

Your details are automatically rolled forward daily to make it easy to change your information, and adjust your goals. If you wish to see previous days easily move back and forward by swiping left or right.

Even though My Body is designed to allow you to quickly view all the important aspects of your body and stats, its main feature is a set of powerful graphs. The graphs not only allow you to view your history and analyse trends, but they also show health bands for relevant stats. Saving the best for last, you can actually interact with the graph, zoom in/out, and move around in the graph to see exactly what you want to.

Easily adjust your goals for most statistics to lie within preferred health bands, your measurements are automatically adjusted, to help see what you need to lose/gain to reach your goals.
