About the Author :-

Dr. Saumya Sindhwani New Delhi born, did her earlier education from Springdales and post high school of Economics and Political Science, and as University of Manchester. UK She was also a post-doctoral scholar at the Manchester Business School. While at LSE, she did some knowledge management projects for BBC. Her interests include horse riding, parasailing and classical Indian dancing. She was awarded a gold medal for her undergraduate achievements and won an international academic scholarship for her post graduate studies. Recently she was awarded ‘Thought Leader’ recognition by Hewitt Associates India, where she is a project manager.

Dr. Theresa Loo Hong Kong born, did her tertiary education in Canada and the UK. After her MBA from the University of Toronto, she moved to the UK for her doctoral studies at the Manchester Business School. She has thirteen years of experience in marketing and advertising in China. She is now an Account Director with Research International in Shanghai and is also actively lecturing in business schools around China.

Jose Guillermo Alejandri Rodrigues Mexico City born, is currently President of JGAR Asociados, S.C., a consultancy firm based in Mexico and founded by him in the year 2000. As CEO of this firm, he has interacted with senior executives of several industries such as the cut flower industry, construction, telecommunications, investment banking, and inmort-export financing. Currently he is a doctoral student at the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana and an MBA from IPADE Business School both in Mexico City.
