About Author :
Scott Winfield, born in Butte Montana on September 1, 1967 and raised in a small town outside of Butte called Whitehall. While reading literary masterpieces such as the Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald or 20,000 leagues under the sea by Jules Verne, Scott pulled inspiration for his own form of writing.
He is not your normal stereotypical novelist, his strongest ability is to take historical facts and mix them with fantasy, conventional crime solving and paranormal ingredients.
In the past twenty years, he has always been fascinated with changing some of the world’s tragedies and turning them into peaceful solutions. He wants to solve the unsolvable crime and dream the impossible dream. With an Associate’s Degree in Technical Arts, Scott has the tools to make his writing crisp and attention grapping.
Mark Klaas of the Auburn Reporter has described Scott’s (at the time writing under the pen name of Jesse Garon) writing as a mixture of Clive Barker and the horror master himself Stephen King. In fact, Mr. King has some strong competition in the genre of Horror/Suspense.
No one can classify or stereotype his writings into one genre. The majority of the books written by Scott contain historical elements for all of the science fiction and fantasy lovers out there. With bone chilling, attention-grabbing suspense, his writings would also serve as good suspense/horror novel. For the crime fighters out there, his books could serve as a good true crime and mystery novel. He also has a strong talent to write erotica; Scott has the ability to portray his characters in an adult oriented, poetic and artistic way. Being a published poet at age 12 has provided him with that gift.
Scott currently resides in Auburn Washington with his wife Shirlie and his spoiled domestic tabby named “Sputnik” and his daughter Charity.
