Papyrus

This application is a simple application to draw your name and the name of those you love in hieroglyphs (the Ancient Egyptian Language)

The application comes with built-in 5 documents templates that you can use the application to draw your name over. More templates will be added later through free updates.


The app will export the resulted image to the camera roll directory so you can share the photo, email it or even print it.


The app comes with a built in help on how to use it.


To build your name simply:

1- Enter your name in the text area.
2- Choose which template & orientation youre interested in.
3- Create Generate Papyrus
4- Go to the camera roll directory and enjoy your newly generated photo :)

Enjoy building the ancient name or yourself and any one of your friends or those people you love with this simple application :)

UPDATE: the preview button is not supposed to preview your name on the template, its just a way to preview the template itself and how your name will look like over it when its finally generated to the camera roll directory. So it will always show the same name as its only for the settings preview. This is not a bug, this is by design

UPDATE2: I never heard about the problem "Home Baked Entertainment" has faced, the generated papyrus is of 1 mega-pixel resolution which is more than enough to see the letters!!
They never contacted me for any support, just left a negative feedback. Please people try to contact me first!!

UPDATE3: with the release of firmware 2.2, apple introduced a bug in the photo app, for some photos the app doesnt show the image in its real resolution, if you face this problem just transfer the images into your computer and youll get them in their full correct size. THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM WITH THE PAPYRUS APP
