As patent attorneys and patent agents are aware, the Patent Cooperation Treaty is an important resource in patent prosecution practice.

This app provides you with full access to the PCT text, both the Treaty itself and the associated Rules. No network connection is required. You can jump directly to any Rule or Article if you know the number, or browse the text hierarchically. Also included are the schedule of fees, and the list of contracting states with state codes.

You can also search the full text, using search by phrase, search by AND-ing terms, and search by OR-ing terms. Or bookmark frequently used sections for rapid retrieval.

Extensive linking is provided to enable you to jump instantly from a Rule to the associated Article or to other referenced Rules.

If you have an internet connection, you can use your devices built-in mail application to email text. The mail , in addition to containing the text, contains a link that, if clicked, and if the recipient has this app installed, launches the app to display the appropriate text in context.

A URL scheme allows other apps to launch this app to display appropriate text; future updates to our Title 35 app and our CFR Patents app will support this feature.
