Port Defender - 2D Tower Defense 1.0.9

Welcome to Port Defender, a fun tower defense game that has frequent updates. At its core the game focuses on building mazes, but path maps are available for a slightly different challenge. Currently 4 towers are available for placement, but more are slated for release later with higher level caps. The game now offers two modes of play which are hand crafted and random waves.

Each map does not have its own wave set yet. Currently there are 2 different wave sets, common and random. In future versions each map will receive its own wave set that matches the theme, but until update 1.1.0 each map has the same waves. The map names are a bit weird, but "city" is in a city, "farm" is a farm, "wiggle" is a wiggly path; dont think too much into map names it.

Story:
You have just bought "Port Defender", a cheap firewall for your local network. During setup the definition files were erased leaving your network vulnerable. In order to protect your network simulated attacks are played. As attacks execute the firewall learns new rules for defending your local network. The attacks are simulated in a virtual environment where infections are represented as creeps and towers through attacks slowly break down their internal code searching for a signature. When a creeps internal signature is found it is removed from the field. If a creep makes it off the simulated area it represents a malicious program breaking through your firewall. If too many creeps escape the simulated local area network crashes.
