To delete files on application, swipe your finger from left to right over the item you want to delete. A "Delete" button will appear for confirmation, and hit this to delete the file.

To go back from the picture screen, tap the screen once to bring up the onscreen buttons, where you can rotate pictures manually, or hit back to go back to the home screen.
