Fixed-Rate Mortgage Refinance Calculator.
Tap in the original loan amount, interest rate, loan term in years, and unpaid principal balance. The unpaid principal becomes the refinanced amount. Tap in the new loan interest rate and duration and calculate the monthly payments, the total interest on both loans, and the respective differences. Optionally you can add a monthly overpay amount to the new loan.
Explore different scenarios by changing loan terms, interest rates, pre-pay amount, and unpaid principal. Seven different input fields allow for many what-if combinations.
