Stop Drinking Timer helps you quit drinking using your iPhone! It features an animated timer that helps you time how long it has been since your last drink. The timer keeps track of your record time, and animates how close you are to beating the time.
Why does it do this? So you can easily ween yourself off alcohol. Each day, and then each week, your strategy should be to set a new record time. If you do this enough, youll soon drink less and less, with the time between drinks growing more and more.
