TouchTodo can pull down non-repeating events from Google calendar. So if you use Outlook to sync with Google calendar, you can, say, create an event in Outlook (with a keyword "Touch-Todo" in the event body). This event can then sync to Google calendar. When next time you sync from TouchTodo, it will be pulled down to your iPhone with correct due date and title/content.
