Web Talk - Reads Web Pages to You 1.0

Web Talk for iPhone OS 3.0 takes advantage of the new Cut, Copy & Paste feature to have sections and articles of web pages read to you simply by pointing to what you want read.

Load web pages as you would in Safari, press and hold on the section you want read to you, adjust the selection rectangle and then press "Copy". Web Talk will start reading the selection immediately.
