Word Link

Word Link is a challenging puzzle in which you transform
a word one letter at a time to create a chain of words.
For example, you can turn a CAT into a DOG in three
simple steps:

CAT --> COT --> DOT --> DOG

A STEP-BY-STEP EXAMPLE OF GAME PLAY:

On each step, touch one of the yellow tiles to replace
the letter in that column. In the example with CAT, the
middle letter A is replaced by an O.

CAT
COT

At the next step, we have the choice of changing the first
or third letters. Touching the yellow tile in the first column
changes the first letter from C to D, and thereby changes
the word COT to the word DOT.

CAT
COT
DOT

Finally, with only the third column left unchanged, we
touch the final yellow tile and replace the T with a G,
completing chain with the word DOG.

CAT
COT
DOT
DOG

Simple enough, but how fast can you solve ten chains?

And how about with four or even five letter words?

Try to solve ten puzzles as quickly as you can to earn
a spot in the top ten.

This game stores thousands of words, and generates
tens of thousands of chains to be solved.
