Keep track of your workouts.
Define your own exercises or choose from a list of presets, setting properties such as time, distance, weight, number of reps, etc. Plan your workouts in advance or simply log them as you go, then examine your progress with plots. Check off each exercise as "done" as you progress through your workout.
