2 - Wait for about ten seconds before tapping on Done
3 - Exit the XEmoji app
4 - Go to Settings - General - International - Keyboards
5 - Select Japanese and set the Emoji switch to ON
6 - Tap on the globe key next to the space bar on the iPhone/iPod touch keyboard to use the emoji keyboard
